2:30 Earliest arrival.  Princesses can use the rented dressing room, or the ladies room to finish getting ready.

3:00 pm  Event begins!  Cash bar happy hour, photos with a professional princess from Enchanted Castle Parties!

Also, Princesses may (if they wish) practice going on stage (it is a small and accessible stage) to become familiar with the procedure, meet the emcee, and perhaps alleviate anxiety.

3:45  Announcements, Greeting by Colleen Duffy, followed by brief prayer 

​

4:00-5:00  Dinner  those with food allergies will be admitted to buffet first

​

5:00-6:00  Fabulous Ladies Pageant!  Each young lady will be escorted onto a small, accessible stage.  She will received crown, sash and flowers, then she'll be alone center stage met with TONS OF APPLAUSE!  

​

Important:  each young lady will not be on stage for the same amount of time.  Naturally some Princesses are more talkative, some are non-verbal, some need more time.  We respect the God-given temperament of each young lady. Most importantly, she will have her time on stage all alone, receiving all the attention in the room!!!

6:00-8:00 Magical Ball!  Dance, dance, dance with a professional DJ from Music Mix Entertainment!

​

** Some Princesses might be overwhelmed by a long event. In that case, we suggest an adjusted participation time of 3:30-6:30 making it a three hour event. She can still  eat dinner, participate in the Pageant, and dance to a few songs! **
