Is there a dress code? Formal dress is highly encouraged but not required
Is this a non-profit organization? Well we don't make a profit, we've always LOST money on this Pageant. That said we're only a 5-hour annual event, and it's an undertaking to become a 501(3)c charity. We've considered it, yet we're still just a private event.

Our Princesses are vulnerable, we cannot risk just anyone finding our website, and attending. So this event is private, anyone wanting to attend must let us know how you heard about it, through legitimate sources (friends, organizations). We are also watchful that no one wanders into the event that isn't welcome, that said please be responsible and help us by keeping an eye on your Princess.
My daughter is shy/non-verbal, how can she participate? We welcome young ladies to participate to the best of their abilities! We want to honor and celebrate them being their authentic selves! Young ladies will not be forced to participate if they are frightened, but we want to challenge them(along with loved ones) to try and go outside their comfort zone. Standing up on center stage in public, can actually build confidence and we feel blessed to provide that opportunity to these young ladies.
Princesses can practice going on stage during Happy Hour 3 pm, to get used to the "feel" of it, meeting the emcee and what the actual experience will be like.
